Apologies if I'm in the wrong board/forum/community, but I don't really know where else to turn. I'm hoping someone might be familiar with the Segal lab's program, Genomica, and specifically the output of the Module Network algorithm.
The program spits out a custom XML file that contains raw expression values per gene/experiment, regulators, and the expression cluster a gene belongs to. I'm having difficult associating clusters with their regulator genes, and can't find where it's stored in the .gxp file output. It must be in this file because loading it reloads the whole network.
I can provide examples if necessary.
Again, if I'm in the totally wrong place, I'm sorry, and I'd appreciate any pointers as to where I can find direction as well.
