My laboratory have Ion torrent,pyromark Q96,and ABI 3700,so I need protocol for those instruments.But if the principle of the preparation of Ion torrent and SOLID are similar, perhaps I can refer to.

In fact there is an updated RNA-Seq Kit (Ion Total RNA-Seq Kit v2 - Cat. No. 4475936) now available for use with the PGM. You can obtain the user manual for this and all kits via the Ion Community. The direct link to the RNA-Seq Kit v2 User Guide is http://lifetech-it.hosted.jivesoftwa.../docs/DOC-2999. Benefits of the updated method include a shorter workflow and gel-free isolation. Your local Field Applications Scientist will be able to supply more information and assistance.

Haloplex for Ion Torrent

Hi!
I bought Ion Torrent PGM and I would like to study human cancer mutations.
I heard about Haloplex technology for library preparation, that seems very interesting...Did anybody try it for ion Torrent sequencing?
