    Ratio in Adapter-Ligation

    Dear all,

    we design our Adapters and Primers for the Illumina Library by ourselves. Its working very good. The only problem we have is with the suggested molar ratio 10:1 Adapter-target of the Illumina official protocol for ligation. The higher my input dna concentration is the bigger become my adpter-dimers. Do you have any experience with defining the adpater/DNA ratio on your own?

    Im a bit confused...
