    calculating eQTL zscores

    Hi all,
    I'm using a linear regression model to specify eQTLs. Can someone please tell me how to calculate a Z-score for the eQTL coefficient? Is the following correct?
    To divide the linear regression estimate for the eQTL coefficient by its standard error (again reported by the linear regression model output)?
    I'd appreciate your help.
