Anyone else able share insights on how MinIon data compares with PacBio and Illumina reads. How does the system deal with homopolymeric or repetitive regions?

This is already out of date. They have a new 2D basecaller which improves sequence accuracy.

Someone has also published online an assembly showing greater than 99% accuracy.
