Hi all,
I am a student who is requested to submit a poster using bioinformatics tools.
I have Identified a gene that when mutated causes a disease. I understand everything about the gene from literature, but I can not use the tools properly.
They request to show
the position of the mutation
Compare normal gene to mutation structures
Show where the mutation is
Compare if there are some similarities between human and other species
It is really hard for me to do as I have not came across these tools before. Also, when ever this is needed we usually tend to go to professionals who provide this service. I am really looking for someone’s help. If anyone can please contact me.
