Seq Instrumentation/ Run costs

Hi,
This is a 'piece of string' question in trying to identify the 'ideal' instrument. Is there a well curated review/ discussion anywhere of current instrumentation capital costs (list prices, obviously), reagent costs and associated costs that might inform a new lab of the contenders that might be considered for specific applications? Across the gamut of vendors and data quality, or as wide as possible anyway. Both RUO and Dx.
