The Babraham Institute runs a wide variety of training courses, mostly related to different aspects of high throughput sequencing and often utilising the software developed at Babraham. We have recently received funding to appoint someone to help us to enhance and expand the training material we already have.
We are therefore advertising a biological training developer post which will be valid for 2 years in the first instance. The post holder will help to update our existing NGS training material and will work alongside our bioinformaticians to help develop new training courses, specifically in the areas of high throughput Epigenetics (BS-Seq, ox-BS etc) and biological modelling.
This post would be ideal for a biologist with experience of using bioinformatics tools, who has excellent writing skills and would like to combine these areas and move towards a career in computational biology training.
All the details for this post can be found here. Informal enquiries can be made to [email protected]
