    From Abyss to transAbyss

    Hi! I'm new to multiKmer assembly.
    I just ran a bunch of Abyss assemblies combining three different PE libraries (plus some se leftover after quality trimming) each time, for a set of different kmer values.

    Now I want to merge them, but I'm a bit lost in how should I organize the files. is there is a proper way to name them? and make TransAbyss understand which assemblies to merge?
