Hi All!
I have a colleague interested in examining the diversity of nif genes in soil and root samples. I was wondering if others thought that a next gen-based approach would be appropriate? I do not have a lot of experience with nitrogen fixing genes, and I thought I would ask those members of the forum for their thoughts/suggestions.
Any feedback will be appreciated.
Thanks!
