Hello all,
I was hoping someone might be able to walk me through the installation process for the GS FLX software v2.6; I am running Ubuntu 11.04. The installation bulletin says to first install the DataProcessing_2.6.tgz package, followed by the DataAnalysis_2.6.tgz package, but I didn't get very far... After extracting the first file, and launching the installer "setup.sh", the terminal shows: sh: /sbin/lspci: not found and I get an error message popping up that says "Error: Could not execute command: type rocks 2>&1" Any suggestions? Thank you so much! ![]() |

I installed it in Ubuntu using the provided setup.sh script by doing this
Code:
sudo ln -s /bin/true /bin/rocks sudo ./setup.sh |
