Default .BED file for Illumina TruSeq Exome

I'm looking for a .BED exome feature file to use with bedtools for calculating coverage on my sequencing data which was done on TruSeq Exome Enrichment Kit by Illumina. It's probably obvious to most people here, but any ideas on where I would find this file?

Do you guys know the version history for Illumina exome designs? They don't post them explicitly as Agilent or Roche, and that's too bad. I do think that the designs have changed - earlier papers using Illumina have a 60 Mb bed file with lots of UTRs, then there's a 37 Mb file (sometimes called v1.1), and seemingly most recent 45 Mb file. Any information on these?
