Hi,
We will probably buy quite rapidly a solution of automatisation for library prep. Personnally we are intersted to automatised many applications such as : - Exome capture (sureselect) - Whole transcriptome (Solid Library) - Ampliseq (PGM) - Fragment library (for PGM and Solid) etc... Actually we are looking for Caliper and beckman solutions, but we are open to others. We would like to know if anyone of you have already this kind of solution and for which applications do you use your robot. Thanks in advance Cheers Kant1

We use Bravo robots from Agilent for our Exome and WGS library preps then use Caliper and Bioanalyzers for the QC steps.
