Default Looking for a Technical Expert for advice on Gene Targeting strategies

As the title says, I'm designing an experiment that will require the amplification of targeted fragments with high fidelity for sequencing. I am specifically trying to target GRIN2B.

I have limited knowledge into the industry, i.e. catalogs for the types of primers I would need, the suppliers that can provide them, as well as the protocol associated with ordering these items.

I was recommended IDT as a supplier, but I need some consultation for decision making.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

Kind Regards
