Dear all,
I was trying to figure out what the kit ThruPLEX contains. In the US Patent 8,206,913 there are a lot of interesting info about the more recent PicoPLEX kit, so one can find out exactly what each tube contains. However, for the ThruPLEX kit (US Patents 7,803,550-8,071,312-8,399,199) the protocols and PCR programs reported in the patent are completely different from the manual you get with the kit. How the hairpin oligos work and how they donīt form dimers seems really clear...but Iīm deeply confused about the rest! ![]() Anybody out there who tried to figure out what he/she is doing when adding reagents from all those colourful tubes? ![]() Thanks! |
