  • Sequencing

    I have a question

    I'm interested in sequence about 300 genes in 5 to 10 samples. I've ask the illumina people and they told me that we can use Nextera Custom Enrichment but the kit only can be designed for 48 samples and is very expensive. Do you know another approach that could help me sequence this genes in a more apopiate way for the caracteristics of my project?

    if the answer is still very expensive I can reduce the number of genes but the screening would be less sensitive.

    I hope you can help me with this.

    There are a number of custom capture kits out there. They vary in cost, based on the size of the region you are trying to capture/sequence. I am based in Gaithersburg, shoot me a PM and I can give you a call
