Default ChIP- seq analysis from bed file

I have two files from one of our previous postdoc- one is BED file providing location for peak and there is another wig file
Here is an example of Bed file's few lines:
chr1 236322 236521 61PDWAAXX100706:4:97:16693:4511 -
chr1 248723 248922 61PDWAAXX100706:4:47:4817:21227 -

This is a ChIp seq data, How can I analyze the data. I have no programing knowledge. Is there any tool available which can take me to a certain point from these two files or I cannot analyze these files?

Thanks
