Default cnvnator visualizing result with root

Hi everyone

I had a quick question with looking at the region of interest predicted by cnvnator on root.
I was curious on how and what exactly is being plotted on root.
I've indicated a bin_size of 100 and does that mean cnvnator calculates RD every 100 bp and plot it?
Also what is on the x-axis of the plot? Seems like the genome coordinate but is it also divided into bins?

Thanks!
