Default need help in comparative genome

Hye all. Im an undergraduate student in Bioinformatics.
Currently Im doing my final year project.
I need help from the experts here about software that I can use to do the bacterial genomic comparison.
The whole genome for the bacteria is available in NCBI.

Take a look at Mauve (if you are interested in comparing 2 or more genomes) : http://darlinglab.org/mauve/mauve.html
