Default cuffdiff splice overloadidng

Hi,

can anyone help me interpreting the splice overloading column in the splicing.diff file? In my experiment all the sqrt(JS) values that are significant are less than 1. Could I say that values closer to 1 indicate that for a given gene the samples compared are more different splice-wise or there are greater differences in splicing of such gene in one sample compared to the other than when the value is closer to 0?

best,

Dave
