Default Problem getting reference genome WBcel235

I am unable to get Caenorhabditis elegans reference genome in fastqsanger format from any option of 'Get data'. My FTP server is not functioning. How do I convert bed file to fastqsanger or GFF3 plus FASTA to fastqsanger? Please help me in getting data.

Reference genomes are FASTA format. Sequencing data are FASTQ format, usually with Sanger quality scores (aka FASTQSANGER).
