Dear all,
I have problem to understand the settings "-v" and "-M" of soap. Is somebody can help me to understand these options? For example, what I don't understand: ![]() 1-Why do I get reads rwith missmatch using the setting "-v0"? 2-Why do I get only the reads with 1 missmatch using the setting "-M1"? I thought that I should get reads containing 0 or 1 missmatch... Thank you in advance. ![]() |
