Hi,
I used UCSC to get chr coordinates (hg19)for all exons of genes which I’m interested in.
I annotated the coordinates on refseq (chromosome seq from UCSC, hg19) and saw that the some of them don’t agree with the positions for the real exons (annotations for genes are from UCSC as well, hg19)!
So looks like the UCSC gave me positions for exons which don’t exist…
Does anyone know how it is possible?
Thanks
