Exome Panels Comparisons?

Hello everybody,

we want to start whole exome sequencing in our lab, and I wonder if there is a list of available commercial kits or even a comparison between these.
If not, can you suggest alternatives to Illumina and Agilent kits?

You can google “exome kit comparison” to find exome capture comparison papers. Hybridisation based capture kits include Illumina (Nextera and TruSeq kit based), Agilent SureSelect products and Roche/NimbleGen kits. There aere also non-hybridisation based sequence enrichment kits such as HaloPlex, NEBNext Direct, Ovation Target Capture and some others.
