Default Annotation of a bacterial genome

Hi,

I'm pretty sure that this question was already ask many times but I don't find any post with clear answers. I'm looking for an annotation tool for a bacterial chromosome and plasmids. What is (are) the best tool for doing this?
I have already tested Basys and I was really disappointed by the quality.

Thank

Google "prokka". It's straightforward to install and run, but you need a unix box.

If you don't mind submitting your sequence to a 3rd party, RAST is very straightforward

You might want to look at NCBI PGAP or IMG-ER as well if you are ok submitting your data to third parties.
