Using VelvetOptimiser v2.2.6 to run a velveth, velvetg (v1.2.10) optimization procedure. Problem is that velvetg does not produce a LastGraph file. Instead the output directory contains just PreGraph, Graph and Graph2 files. None of these match the final assembly because they (Graph and Graph2) contain far too many nodes. Other than than everything completes just fine. Output directory contains 04-02-2019-20-18-17_Logfile.txt, contigs.fa, Graph, Graph2, Log, PreGraph, Sequences, stats.txt files.
Does anyone have any insights as to what the problem might be? Last edited by drdna; 02-05-2019 at 06:03 AM. |
