How to assemble reads in FASTA format by Celera Assembler? What are the minimum input files to start assembling in Celera.

There is a lot of documentation on the project website. There is also some helpful information on the UMD website. The Celera Assembler is really a pipeline of programs and you will want to pay special attention to the way your data (long reads vs. short reads) needs to be processed with this assembler.
