Hi all!
Does anyone know of a study (published or ongoing) that sequences (by illumina) small RNAs from a commercial source?
For example, has anyone used commercial siRNAs to perform a knock-down, and then sequenced the small-RNAs from that knock-down?
I am particularly interested in any issue regarding end-modification, and in the rate at which the artificial siRNAs are recovered relative to naturally occuring siRNAs.
Thanks!
Darren
