Smile How to convert my ratio vector(ratio1,ratio2,ratio3,...) to binary vector?

Hi all,
I have a joint CpG sites methylation ratio vector (ratio1,ratio2,ratio3,...) from WGBS data. Now I want to use a binary value 1 or 0 represents methylated and unmethylaoted status and model a binary vector by Beta-Bernoulli distribution from the ratio vector (ratio1,ratio2,ratio3,...). So is there any fuction in R package or python package can make this convention?
Thanks a lot for any reply!
