Megabase 1000
Hi Everyone,
We have a MEGABASE 1000 sequencer with us, now that GE stopped manufacturing the dye terminator ET kits for MEGABASE, I would like to know if anyone has ever tried an alternative dye terminator kits on MEGABASE which works efficiently.. Regards Pathan |

Hi Pathan and Hakan,
having found this forum tody, my answer might be late... We are using Big-dyes since 2008 on our MegaBace without any problem. Hopefully this information can help. Our problem with MegaBace consumables is the Long Read Matrix as IntegenX stopped the distribution 3 years ago. Kind regards Juergen |
