Hi everyone,
I am currently using phyloP LRT scores to look for conserved elements in plants. LRT = Likelihood Ratio Test. I want to find a way to rank conserved elements of different sizes. I have studied the likelihood ratio test but I am not sure if it is mathematically appropriate to simply average the scores over the interval. I can't seem to find documentation. I was wondering if anyone could please give me a clue. Thank you very much for your time. |
