Design of barcoding primers for ion torrent NGS of a CRISPR genome wide screen
Hello everybody,
We are going to make a CRISPR based genome wide screen as described by shalem et al (Science 2014). However, we are going to perform the NGS analysis with the iontorrent technology instead of the illumina described in their paper. Can anyone give us advice or examples to design the primers for amplifying and barcoding our genomic DNA ? thanks a lot Pierre |
