Exclamation Cufflinks sample file(test_data.sam) output

I installed boost 1_43_0 and then cufflinks version 0.8.2 on my server. I'm testing the version of cufflinks that I compiled from source on the sample file from the cufflinks website (http://cufflinks.cbcb.umd.edu/tutorial.html).

I'm getting the following output on my screen:

-bash-3.2$ ./cufflinks test_data.sam
Counting hits in map
Total map density: 104.000000
Processing bundle [ test_chromosome:52-550 ] with 99 non-redundant alignments

Is this output right? It doesn't match the output in the tutorial page mentioned above.

Thanks
