Hi,
I've a gff file for the annotation of a viral genome. The problem is that for one GFF file, there is only one track in IGV ( so if multiple mRNA are overlapped, it's indistinguishable. Is it possible to have multiple track (one for each mRNA per example ) with the same gff file Thanks, N. |
