Has anyone designed his/her own blocking oligos(counterpart of Agilent SureSelect Target System block #3). I am wondering how to determine the final concentration when using blocking oligos in the capture mixture? I used 750ng, non-pooling protocol from Agilent. Could anyone give me some suggestions?
Thanks! |
