20K Internal Control
I'm aware of the 2K PacBio Internal Control -- but smaller inserts function to control different things and tend to represent the best-case scenario (loading for example).
I'm wondering if anyone has a 20K Internal Control that's barcoded so that it can be distinguished from endogenous reads for WGS/20K+ Applications. If so, I'd love a slug of it! Thanks Carrie |
