hello all,
We have sequenced one kind of strain of a microorganism and get the pair-end short reads data. Then we want to use Velvet to assembly the genome sequence and use the genome sequence of other kind of stain of this microorganism as the reference sequence. Can someone tell me how to do that. Any suggestion will be very appreciate! |
