Default dendogram

i was wondering is there a software that can create a dendogram for the below example data to show that (B and D) are closely related while (A and C) are different??- can excel be used??

A 1 0 1

B 0 1 1

C 1 0 0

D 0 1 1

You can do it with Phylip or Arlequin Sofware.
