Repeats in ChIPSeq reads

I would like to know if there is an enrichement in repeats in my ChIP-Seq data. I would like to have an histogram of the class of repeats enriched in my ChIP data.
I have downloaded the Repbase but, do I have to align all my reads again to the RepBase? Allowing multiple positions or not? There's any straigth forward way to do so?
