Default deseq partially replicated data

I am working with multiple treatments and i am not sure how to handle in deseq. My data is like

one condition has three replications (i.e. at hour 1 i have three control and three treatment )

rest two condition have one replicate (i.e. at 2 and 3 hour i have 1 treatment and 1 control)

How do i analyze it all in the same experiment. I want to normalize and get the differential gene expression at each time point
