Default How To make mapping density of bowtie alignments

Hi all,

I have aligned the RNA-Seq reads generated in the lab to the transcriptome available using bowtie1. I want to make the wiggle tracks or mapping density of the reads to each contig. So that i can visualize the the alignment..
Please help. Badly need assistance.
