Default Differences between NONCODE and RFAM?

Dear colleagues, I'm annotating an eukaryotic genome and want to use INFERNAL+NONCODE/RFAM for annotation of non-coding RNAs (minus tRNAs and rRNAs, of course). What are differences between these databases and should I use one of them (which?) or both simultaneously will give more reliable result?
