Default next generation sequence data

Hello Everyone,
I am quite new to the next generation sequence data. I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am looking for next generation sequence data.
Is there any next generation sequence data where the data is used for
making statistical inferences such as classifying patience whether they are
cancer or not (e.g. breast cancer vs. normal or lung cancer vs. normal,
etc.).

If you know any such data available i would be grateful if you could let me
know where to download.

looking forward to hear from you.

Default NCBI Short Read Archive

I'm new here, too - just stumbled onto it.

I've been using data from the NCBI Short Read Archive: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/sra/, but I'd love to learn about other resources as well.

ENA has ~100T of data. It is organized by accessions, either submission or run:
ftp://ftp.era.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/
I'd recommend to use Aspera for downloads because ftp is much slower.

You can check the meta as well, for example:
