Hiya,
I'm having problem with low yields following the pre-hybridisation PCR. I'm starting with the recomended 3ug and the fragments are the correct size but I'm only getting about 250 rather than the required 500.
I'm using sureselect automated protocol for the bravo, I have noticed that the cycling parameters are different when you look at the sureselect manual protocol which I find a little odd and suspect may be the cause of my misery! Anyone have any tips/experience of this?
