Hello all,
I'm new to the forum and have seen some interesting threads already.
I was wondering if any of you have successfully used a 'home-made' protocol for mRNA library prep for Illumina transcriptomics sequencing and would want to share this protocol or direct me to someone that could help me with this.
I'm looking to reduce the costs of this step by not having to use an expensive kit, so that we are able to sequencing more samples.
Any info is welcome!
