Have many people tried SureSelect Whole exome capture and sequencing on the SOLiD yet? I don't see many publications out there and hear conflicting reports of the data quality and % of zero coverage. We are deciding whether to just do exomes on the HiSeq and use the SOLiD for transcriptomes.
