Default Panther

Hi everyone, I am new here.

I am trying to use the PANTHER csnp tool ( http://www.pantherdb.org/tools/csnpScoreForm.jsp ) by using FASTA sequence input. I have downloaded the FASTA SNP files for chr22 from ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/snp/organisms...9606/rs_fasta/ and when I paste a sequence into Panther, it also requires an amino acid substitution code. These do not appear to be in the file I have. Is there a file which contains both the FASTA info for SNP's and also the amino acid substitution?

Thanks very much.
