Default who know extract linker/Primer sequences for HTS sequencing?

Hi everyone,

As different HTS sequencing used different primers, who know what they are?

illumina,
454
.. etc

There really should be a Wiki page here for this; it comes up a lot. Somewhere amongst here & Google one could find them all.

There are, I believe, actually two different 454 primer designs, depending on which chemistry you are using

454 Amplicon sequences
