Hello,
Does anyone have experience with running CNVnator for non-human data?
I have installed the root package as recommended. However, I keep getting the following error:
Error in <TPluginManager::FindHandler>: Cannot find plugin handler for TVirtualStreamerInfo! Does $ROOTSYS/etc/plugins/TVirtualStreamerInfo exist?
*** Break *** segmentation violation
Error in <TUnixSystem::StackTrace> script /etc/root/gdb-backtrace.sh is missing
Also, my alignment data came from BLAT of Sanger reads against a reference assembly. The psl output from the BLAT alignments were converted into SAM and subsequently into BAM. Will a non-NGs route pose issues for the tool?
Thanks,
BW
