Hello SEQanswers!
I'm a genomics/bioinformatics researcher at the University of Colorado Medical School, where I study mostly Lung Disease and Lung Cancer (and some Heart disease and kidney disease and ...) using genomic approaches.
Currently I'm working through a breakway analysis of a SOLID dataset, (look for my help request in the near future!) and we are busily planning RNAseq experiments for our new HiSeq.
Little known fact about me: While I've been in this field for more than 10 years now, I still think of myself as a physical chemist.
Thanks for the answers,
Chris
